Nestlé Malta has steadily consolidated its market share and is now one of the largest players in the FMCG market on the Maltese Islands. Nestlé Malta is currently in the process of growing their dynamic Sales team for the posts of;

Sales Person – Nestlé Food Service (hotels, restaurants, bars..)

Reporting to the Sales Manager, you will assist in managing the growth of the company’s customer base across Malta and work autonomously to achieve challenging sales targets.
You will be out in the field pursuing new business and visiting existing clients to maintain a healthy business relationship in the non retail business segment. Whilst there are strong growth opportunities, there is also competition. Market leadership and future growth is maintained by truly understanding customer needs and acting decisively in their interest. You will be working with large and small customers to bring in new business and nurturing these accounts to further growth.

You will need to have strong business and selling acumen. You will be confident in promoting and selling the range of out-of-home consumption products and following sales through to closure as well as managing existing and ongoing accounts. To succeed you will be a self motivated energetic individual, with the ability to work on own initiative under minimal supervision. You will also demonstrate excellent communication, presentation and organisation skills with a customer oriented and target driven approach to work. You will be fluent in both Maltese and English. Having previous experience in a similar role is also important.
